We have a fantastic Assistant Property Manager opportunity available for an industry experienced professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who strives to offer extraordinary service in a positive working environment. Solid experience with lease agreements, lease term negotiation, effective tenant recruitment and managing repairs is needed.
Duties:
Advertising vacancies, showing properties and developing positive relationships
Ensure property maintenance and repairs and obtaining bids from vendors
Verifying renter income, preparing lease agreements and maintaining related databases
Collecting rent payments, issuing reminders or escalating when appropriate
Skills and Qualifications:
Good knowledge of property management and maintenance
Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Efficient organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact professionally with staff, tenants and vendors
Proficiency with word processing software and industry related tools
