The Medve Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full-Time Housekeeper for our established Baton Rouge community, Arts Apartments at Jefferson Heights!
This position is responsible for cleaning apartments after move-outs and getting them move-in ready. Additionally, he/she will aide in upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role. Previous housekeeping experience is required!
Primary Functions:
Obtains list of vacant units that need to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs in order to prepare work assignments
Prepare vacant units for occupancy
Daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings
Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property
