1st Lake Properties is looking for experienced and reliable AC Maintenance Technicians to join our of apartment maintenance professionals at our downtown Baton Rouge, LA apartment community: Lake Towers.
As an A/C Maintenance Technician you will:
â¾ Provide friendly, courteous and expedient resident service, which will play an integral part in resident satisfaction and retention
â¾ Respond to resident maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
â¾ Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins
â¾ Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
â¾ Aid in inventory control and record keeping
What you need to be successful as our A/C Maintenance Technicians:
â¾ A/C Maintenance Technicians are EPA certified
â¾ Familiarity with repairing electrical, plumbing and appliances
â¾ Superb resident communication skills and an ability to get the job done
â¾ Great people skills that shine in a team environment
â¾ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Our A/C Maintenance Technicians receive:
