Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of IT system modernization project BA experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in child support
· OCSE program (child support enforcement/services subject matter)
· Knowledge of state and Federal Reporting as well as Child Support Performance Measures Reporting
· Experience in Child Support Enforcement/Services modernization project
· Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
· Experience in Agile software development project management approach and methodology
· Potential for Business Analyst to function as a lead BA.
· Providing day-to-day support to identify and document requirements starting with business process mapping.
· Analyzing CSE business processes and document relevant needs for project assessment and consultation.
· Increase subject matter expertise through ongoing interactions with stakeholders to understand needs and collaborating with other advancement data stakeholders.
· Collaborate with stakeholders regarding integration and implementation of changes in legacy systems and any supporting systems such as the Louisiana Common Access Front End (CAFÉ), LASES Web, and Document Generation.
· Assist with writing of documents related to CSE modernization project.
· Provide support in resolving any issues as applicable.
