Lead, drive, energize and motivate entire team.
Maintain a diligent and professional staff for the Sportsbook.
Recruit for the next role and facilitate internal progression plan for organizational advancement.
Employee relations are addressed in a timely fashion and necessary actions are taken to adhere to company policies and procedures.
Safeguard that the license is protected to the best of ability - respond immediately to any threats to the license.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual audits in a timely manner.
Review financial reports in detail and identify key business and operational findings.
Manage change and the introduction of initiatives within the area.
Collaborate with senior commercial team on marketing efforts.
Maintain accuracy of promotional offers, digital content management, and event calendar to ensure operational structure.
Disseminate key operational issues to staff with corresponding initiatives and actions.
Evaluate monthly performance, present key findings to partners and Senior Leadership, and make recommendations for operational improvement.
Identify, plan and execute local initiatives for market growth.
Lead Sportsbook team members to facilitate customer education and engagement.
Gathering information and feedback from customers to provide the highest level of customer experience.
Ability to extend complimentaries in accordance with the property comp matrix.

Self-starter; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and execution.
Strong collaboration and project management skills.
Ability to nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in sports or online gaming highly desired.
QualificationsMust-Haves:
Three (3) + years of managerial experience working directly with team across multiple locations.
BS/BA preferred.
You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
