Growing Contract Labor Company seeking Recruiter/ Coordinator for local office.( Bilingual)
*Must have experience Recruiting for Marine or Industrial positions
Be able to:
1. Recruit qualified candidates for openings
2. Review and process applications, completing all tax forms and I9's as needed.
3. Communicate with workers, set up testing, medicals and start dates.
4. Communicate with clients, ability to resolve small issues.
5. Assist in Safety orientations, translates when necessary .
6. Process timesheets when needed, and assist in resolving any payroll problems.
7. Communicate with co-workers and other offices when needed, assisting with openings, or help resolve issues.
* Must be a team player, with positive attitude, dependable and arrive promptly.
