Growing Marine Supply Company seeking motivated bilingual inside sales person. Must be detailed oriented. Computer skills a must. Sales experience required. Must be able to speak and write English/Spanish.

Essential Functions
⢠Works collaboratively with members of the sales team and coordinates with other departments regularly.
⢠Understands the full scope of the project and can communicate with the customer contact before, during, and after the project.
⢠Completes expense and sales reports for each project
⢠Makes sales calls, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
⢠Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
⢠Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, working with the project team to develop solutions, prepare reports and make recommendations to project leader.
⢠Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies/associations.
⢠Understand and assist with the development and implementation of the annual sales budget (goal), manage effectively within this budget (goal) and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
⢠Determine price levels and discount rates.
⢠Monitor customer performance to determine sales efforts.
⢠Assists with the planning, organizing, and attendance at trade shows, customer events and customer demonstrations of equipment.
⢠Ability to work in a safe manner and recognize unsafe situations. Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others.
