We are looking for 4 more dispatchers.
The truck dispatcher's primary duties are to:
find available loads for the empty (or soon to be empty) trucks.
negotiate load rates with freight brokers or agents
reviews/signs rate and/or load confirmations,
dispatch the drivers of your empty trucks to pick-up the loads you've booked
track your loaded trucks through delivery
Dispatcher Qualifications
We are looking for independent contractors to sign on with PJC Freight Haulers LLC as a dispatcher to help load owner operators. This is a commission only position paying % of each invoice, we also do monthly bonuses. Paid Weekly with no benefits or taxes withheld. You will get a 1099 Misc at the end of the year.
Prefer someone with dispatch experience but will train the right person. Administrative/Clerical skills is a plus but not recommended.
