OverviewLafayette Home Office position with possibility of a remote worker.Working under the director of marketing, within a team environment of designers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing & communications coordinators, the DIGITAL AND SOCIAL MARKETING COORDINATOR will create, implement, and measure digital/social content and campaigns that align and support LHC Group growth – for corporate identity, service lines, agencies, affiliates, and partners.LHC Group is the preferred post-acute care partner for hospitals, physicians and families nationwide. Identify, create, execute, monitor, and measure integrated digital/social marketing strategies, campaigns, pilots, and other tactics across multiple channels

Monitor, measure, and report web traffic, SEO, social analytics, etc. (quarterly, or as requested by management)

Absorb, communicate, and react to ongoing analytics

Create highly engaging content to share across digital and social platforms/outletsOrganize platform information, user groups, login data, and other data as needed, within LHC Group security protocols

Contribute to growth initiatives with ideas for social and digital engagement

Work alongside website coordinator to identify gaps in online/digital/social engagement

Develop digital/social policies and guidelines as needed (Ex: Update company social media policy; creating/updating playbook for local editors on best practices for review site management)

Engage with and train user groups and local editors on best practices

Analyze content performance, suggest and implement new ways to engage and educate constituents

Manage relationships with partner vendors aligned with digital and social marketing

Stay up to date on current and emerging technologies, trends, applications related to digital/social marketing

Independent, self-motivated, and creative problem solver who will provide solutions and produce accurate and high quality work

Proficiency with digital marketing, social media sites, and management platforms

Oversight of up to 1000 social media accounts using management dashboard

In-depth knowledge of SEO, Keyword research, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and others as needed

Experience managing mainframe of social sites: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others that become relevant to LHC Group business

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Proficiency on a PC platform, including Microsoft Suite

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Works well in a team environment while managing own workflow and priorities

Proven ability to maintain adherence to brand standards and guidelines

Open to new ideas and influences and is quick to react to changing trends

Ability to handle multiple projects in high-pressure setting - assessing, handling, and communicating changing priorities
