Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a Human Resources Generalist that will be responsible for the administration of payroll including deductions, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and garnishments, new hire onboarding and related paperwork, benefits administration and assisting recruiting efforts. This position will work with other HR team members on projects and may also work on site-related projects in conjunction with the site leadership team. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with site teams on employee engagement efforts and assist with data gathering for EEO1 reporting and Affirmative Action PlanPayroll duties include, but are not limited to, full-cycle payroll processing (including deductions, stock program participation, garnishments, and resolving all employee payroll issues.HR duties include, but are not limited to, handling the on-boarding process for new hires and off-boarding for terminations, maintenance of personnel files, benefits administration, including open enrollment, 401k enrollment, and ESPP.Requirements5+ years working in HR coordinator or generalist role preferred5+ years payroll experience requiredAbility to effectively communicate information diverse groups of peopleDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteGeneral understanding of benefit administration is preferredExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly attentive to detailCapability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationshipsProven ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skillsDeadline orientedHigh School Diploma requiredBachelors degree preferredWhy Kelly ® ?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
