Market Eatz, a soon to open fast-casual restaurant concept located off East Broussard Road, is looking for passionate Kitchen and Front of House leaders.
Leads are a part of the management team and are responsible for teaching and overseeing daily culinary and beverage operations, achieving consistent food and beverage quality standards and ensuring the company core values are being executed.
These roles will manage the opening and development of the Front, Kitchen, and Market facilities, operating systems, and create a successful working relationship with all involved. It is essential to have a strong hold on the company's culture and values to ensure they are implemented everyday with each employee.
Candidates should lead have experience in leading through creative, consistent, and high-quality culinary and beverage programming, in-depth teaching, coaching, and accountability, and helping to establish a hospitality business model whereby all people can succeed in hospitality to the benefit of their personal development, health, happiness and relationships.
A minimum of 2-3 years of kitchen management experience preferred for all Kitchen Lead candidates.
A minimum of 2-3 years of front of house management and/or general manager experience preferred for all Front Lead candidates.
Experience in restaurant openings and/or counter service preferred.
