Part-Time Service Specialist
Provide superior service at assigned accounts to meet corporate goals, standards and objectives and to meet customer requirements.
â¢ Weekly quality service of accounts to include system maintenance, organization, product inventory, service logs, and problem solving
â¢ Systems installations and maintenance at assigned locations
â¢ Respond to and resolve all equipment issues for assigned locations
â¢ Document results via weekly service logs, daily contact with Account Manager
â¢ Uphold company image and standards
â¢ Stay informed regarding basic product knowledge, service options, etc.
â¢ Special projects, as assigned
â¢ High school diploma or GED
â¢ Hands on experience with mechanical equipment â Advanced training provided
â¢ Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical components
â¢ Customer service skills
â¢ Strong organizational skills
â¢ Strong ability to problem solve, trouble shoot, and make repairs in a timely manner
â¢ Basic knowledge of systems, equipment and products for implementation, installation and training of/for customers
â¢ Ability to calculate distance and have a basic understanding of dilution ratios
â¢ Ability to work independently with regularly scheduled calls from your supervisor.
â¢ Able to work 15-20 hours per week.
