CART Solutions is a growing leading merchandising company seeking Qualified Retail Merchandisers to join our team of professional merchandisers! This is a part-time employment (W2) opportunity, offering a flexible work schedule that could potentially turn into full-time employment. CART provides remodel and reset services in some of the leading grocery chains as well as other types of retailers. Start Date: Start Now
Start Time: 8 am; Part Time; 6-8 hour shifts; Monday thru Friday weekends and holidays off
Pay Rate: $13.25 per Hour + Paid Mileage and Drive time if applicable
Locations: New Iberia and surrounding area; must be willing to travel to different store location
CART Retail Merchandiser Requirements
Must have a minimum of 1-year retail and/or merchandising experience that includes resets/remodels
Must be comfortable reading POG’s (plan-o-gram) and implementing the POG
Must comply with the Company Dress Code including a mandatory, approved face covering.
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanour
Must have access to a computer, tablet, or smart phone w/daily internet access to correspond with CART PM and log time/expense.
Must be knowledgeable of common computer/smart phone functions (i.e. email, internet, texting, taking pictures and uploading digital pictures)
Must be able to read and follow detailed directions
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
Must meet the physical requirements standing, squatting, kneeling for 8–10 hours and regularly lifting 25 pounds
Must have access to reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities Include
Projects may include but not limited to the following: implementation of weekly plan-o-grams, visual merchandising, resets, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation
Building an excellent service relationship with team members, CART personnel and clients
Reporting your worked hours daily via online portal accessible with a smart phone, computer, or tablet.
Remaining accessible and having open communication with the Project Manager
Ability to arrive on time and work the entirety of the scheduled shift, which may include early mornings and/or overnights
Ability to work successfully on a team and/or independently
Follow the directions or the team lead and/or CART PM
Must be reliable and maintain a good attendance record
Depending on location, willingness to drive to different locations each week, within a 25 to 50-mile radius, to meet client needs
Other duties as assigned by CART Project Management Team

When traveling the hotel is paid in advance prior to check in, also a daily per diem is earned when traveling. CART offers direct deposit. We also offer a Pay Advance program that allows you to access a portion of your earnings per pay period.
