Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answering phone calls
Mail/packaging handling
Assisting Customers and Vendors
Light housekeeping duties to maintain clean office
Filing
Provide support to office staff and management
Data entry and Computer skills
Support accounting department
Qualifications- High School diploma, some office experience or relevant work history, must have a reliable vehicle for use during work hours, Bi-lingual is a plus, Willingness to learn a must!
Pay will be determined based on experience, skill set, aptitude, and ATTITUDE!
