Job Title: Retail Store Associate
Reports Directly To: Retail Store Manager
General Description: It is the responsibility of this position to ensure that the retail store runs
smoothly, increase overall store sales and manage the store employees.
Job Required Tasks:
ï· Maintain a proper mix of sales in the store
ï· Educate the customers on new and existing products/services
ï· Educate the customers on financing opportunities
ï· Show other products that complement customer purchases
ï· Create a positive buying experience for each and every customer
ï· Abide by all the procedures set forth by the Corporate Office
ï· Responsible for reading and implementing any correspondence from the Corporate Office
ï· Introduce all customers to new products in the store
ï· Make sure that the store is visually maintained on a daily basis
ï· Responsible for making sure that displays are rotated out to keep from looking old or sun faded
ï· Follow company dress code
ï· Make an impression on the customers with your professionalism
ï· Sales floor must be kept clean and organized at ALL times with no safety hazards
ï· Greet customers within 5 seconds of walking in the store
ï· Assist customers in carrying in and out machines if needed
ï· Follow all inventory transfer in/out procedures set by the Corporate Office
ï· Follow the ordering program set by the Corporate Office
ï· All sales must capture customers information including name, address, phone number and email address
