These positions qualify for relocation. General Superintendent
Supervise self-performed work
MUST have new construction experience as a Superintendent
MUST have experience in a medical environment (hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, etc.) or other highly technical/highly regulated environment
PREFERRED have 5 years or more experience as a General Superintendent
PREFERRED have 2 years or more experience as a lead or supervisor in medical environment
MUST have (within the last 3 years) or be able to obtain OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training Certificate
MUST have (within the last 3 years) or be able to obtain USACE EM385-1-1 40-Hour Training Certificate
PREFERRED professional tradesman license (e.g. pluming, HVAC, electrical, medical gas, fire sprinkler, etc.) or at least 7 years’ experience in a non-licensed trade (e.g. carpentry, concrete, HVAC from an area that does not require licensing, etc.)
Concrete Foreman
Supervise self-performed Concrete work
MUST have new construction experience in the Concrete trade
PREFERRED have 5 years or more experience working Concrete trade in a medical environment (hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, etc.) or other highly technical/highly regulated environment
MUST have (within the last 3 years) or be able to obtain OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training Certificate
MUST have (within the last 3 years) or be able to obtain USACE EM385-1-1 40-Hour Training Certificate
HVAC Foreman
Supervise self-performed HVAC work (air handlers, boilers, chillers, ductwork, mechanical piping, insulation, etc.
MUST have new construction experience in the HVAC trade
MUST have experience in a medical environment (hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, etc.) or other highly technical/highly regulated environment
PREFERRED have 5 years or more experience as a Lead/Foreman
PREFERRED have 2 years or more experience working HVAC trade in medical environment
MUST have (within the last 3 years) or be able to obtain OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training Certificate
MUST have (within the last 3 years) or be able to obtain USACE EM385-1-1 40-Hour Training Certificate
PREFERRED Master HVAC License or at least 7 years’ experience as a non-licensed HVAC tradesman
Plumbing Foreman
Supervise self-performed Plumbing work
MUST have new construction experience in the Plumbing trade
MUST have experience in a medical environment (hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, etc.) or other highly technical/highly regulated environment
PREFERRED have 5 years or more experience as a Lead/Foreman
PREFERRED have 2 years or more experience working Plumbing trade in medical environment
MUST have (within the last 3 years) or be able to obtain OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training Certificate
MUST have (within the last 3 years) or be able to obtain USACE EM385-1-1 40-Hour Training Certificate
PREFERRED Master Plumbing License or at least 7 years’ experience as a non-licensed Plumbing tradesman
