RainTight Roofing is a local, established, West Monroe restoration, construction, and roofing company. Founded in 2016, we take pride in taking care of our family, friends, and neighbors in times of need. We strive to provide superior service to our customers through our years of expertise as a licensed adjuster and home improvement contractor.
Your role as an office receptionist is the first point of contact and most important first impression we make as a company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strong social skills
Excellent communication skills
Positive, customer service-oriented attitude
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Data entry in various software programs
Access to laptop or tablet at home
Availability during the business hours of 8a – 5p Monday – Friday and as needed on the weekends
Protect our organization’s integrity by keeping our customer’s information confidential
Must have reliable transportation and will need to provide a copy of your current driver’s license
The hours listed above are subject to change based on demand. When we have catastrophes in the area and seasonally, demand for our services spikes and we put in more hours than normal. Reciprocally, we have a slower season and this position may only require part-time assistance.
There is a 90-day probation period that starts from your date of hire. During this time, you will receive feedback on tasks and please reach out with any questions.
