We are expanding and need good Drivers to work as team members, with Class "D" (Chauffeur Licence) license of State of Louisiana. We drive members to and from their non-emergency medical appointment within State of Louisiana, Minimum Salary of $1600.00, monthly is guaranteed. We have Wheelchair Vans and transport members that may need assistance, therefore, candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and secure members in wheelchair. Experience is helpful but not required, we will provide the training. Independent and great working atmosphere, be home every night and weekends to enjoy them with Family.
Please make sure that you meet the requirements below:
1- Minimum, 4 hour of In Class, Defensive Driving Course Certificate.
2- Completion of Online CPR Class.
3-Completion of Online CTAA Basic Class.
4- Must Pass the Drug Screening.
5- Must Pass the Louisiana State Police Background Check, No Felonies or convictions on the background record.
6- No more than 2 moving violation in last 3 years and no DWI in last 7 years on DMV Record.
7- Minimum Age of 25 and State of Louisiana, "Chauffeur License" is required.
The candidate will either have, or will have to Pass 1, 2 and 3, before he/she can start the work.
