Core Functions
- Responsible for managing the spa's management team and overall spa targets to deliver an excellent guest experience
- Manage spa finances, including payroll, profitability, and guest satisfaction measures
- Develop and clearly communicate business goals and performance expectations to all employees
- Identify and create marketing initiatives to raise public awareness of the spa and its services to generate sales and increase memberships
- Interview, hire, and retain employees in all specialties to develop a team of all-star professionals who are passionate about our brand and committed to exceeding guest expectations
- Work closely with the department heads to create staff schedules, establish protocols, and identify value adds for our guests
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Minimize loss by implementing and enforcing best practices
- Partner and maintain relationships with local training schools and professional industry organizations to create a pipeline of talent
