Our fast growing NOLA based printing company is seeking a dynamic entry level Store Manager to join our team. This position will essentially start as the Lead Customer Service Rep and grow into the Store Manager after training. We are a stable and fast paced organization that takes pride in providing high quality services and products with exemplary customer service. With over 50 year's experience in the printing industry, we provide a stable and thriving work environment with room for growth. We use the latest technology and tools, as well as provide ongoing training and development for our team members.

We are a family owned small business that recognizes the value of our customers and our employees. We are an all hands on deck company and our team members don't hesitate to jump in anywhere they are needed. This position would be perfect for an individual looking to grow a career.

This position will be responsible for sales growth, customer service and branch production. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently but also within a team environment. This person will be an upbeat, people-person who excels at providing top-notch customer service and delivering quality results. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess a can-do attitude, and have fantastic communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and consistently provide exemplary customer service to our clients. This candidate will be self-motivated with the drive to succeed and professional demeanor.

DUTIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

- Customer Service

- Opening and Closing Store

- Reaching Daily and Monthly sales metrics

- Leadership of other team members

- Branch sales growth

- Taking print/design/direct mail/signage orders for clients

- Creating estimates & job tickets

- Managing customer support in person, over the phone and via email

- Completing print, design and signage orders

- Managing quality control

- Preparing completed orders for delivery

- Organizing orders and supplies

- Customer order delivery

HOURS:

Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:30pm in our Harahan Location

PAY AND BENEFITS:

Compensation will be discussed during interview. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Retirement.
