Front Desk Agent Needed (New Orleans)
We are located about five miles from the French Quarter in New Orleans and cater to tourists.
Job available: Now
Part Time 9a.m. to 5pm. $10/hour
Your main duties will involve interacting with customers (mostly tourists)!
You must like people and want to help and accomodate people! If you do not like dealing with people and their needs then this job is definitely not for you
Some Duties include but not limited to:
-make reservations using computer system (very easy to learn). This is a major part of the job.
-check-in, check-out guests
-must answer phones (Courteously, Kindly)
-settle the guest's account upon completion of their stay/upon arrival
-must like to interact and help people
-must be able to answer obvious customer questions such as: where to eat, what to do, info about New Orleans ( we also have tourist brochures and paper to give customers to help you and them)
-familiarize yourself with best restaurants in the city, museums, tourist attractions, etc.
-some daily cleaning
-Front Desk experience and/or clerical experience is a bonus.
