Managers - Front Desk - Maintenance Engineers - Room Attendants
We are hiring for various positions in the New Orleans & surrounding areas. We are a hospitality staffing company that works with Hotels, Apartment Building, Office Buildings and much more!
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Hotel team. Positions are immediately available for:
GENERAL MANAGER - Experience required
Responsibilities include but are limited to:
Training, development and support of property staff
Responsible for office operations, including checking-in and checking out guests, control of all money, and bookkeeping and payroll functions
Ensure and provide excellent guest service
Develop expertise on computer operating system
Identify and manage repair and maintenance issues
Assist with completion of capital expenditure projects
Identify and follow up on life/safety issues and inspection issues
Notify Supervisor of any guest concerns
Maximize financial performance through revenue management and pricing recommendations
Meet budgets through P&L analysis and effective cost and inventory control
Assists in preparation of annual budgets
Monitor competitors for their market
Drive sales through local marketing
Develop and maintain positive relationships will all local governmental authorities
Assist in recruitment and training of other General Managers
FRONT DESK AGENT - Experience preferred, will train the right candidate
Responsibilities include but are limited to:
Assist guest to check in and check out of the hotel
Answering telephone, taking reservations
Ensure that the guests are well accommodated during their stay
Maintaining cash and credit card transactions
Notify housekeepers and maintenance personnel of guest needs.
Any other task assigned by management to assist in operating the property
Must be able to assist General Manager in clerical type of work
Night Audit
MAINTENANCE / ENGINEERING - Experience preferred
Responsibilities include but are limited to:
Responding to guest requests in a timely, professional and friendly manner to help ensure that we are meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Maintaining a safe and working environment throughout the hotel for all associates, enforcing safety guidelines and building awareness about safety
Ensuring compliance with OSHA, Fire & Safety Laws
Informing the General Manager and hotel department heads on a regular basis regarding the specific and overall condition of the building structure, related systems and equipment offering prudent, cost effective proposals for maintaining these systems
Ensuring all projects, including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, repairs, replacement and renovation projects, are completed on time and according to specifications
Room Attendant
Responsibilities include but are limited to:
Cleans and prepares guest rooms and public areas by meeting established standards
of cleanliness and property to assure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues.
Maintains the hotel rooms and building to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests,
associates and vendors.
Sets up cleaning cart with supplies. Maintains carts and storerooms in a clean and orderly
fashion to enhance efficiency and ease of cleaning rooms.
Replaces towels, soaps and all room amenities and restocks literature that has been removed
by previous guest, or is soiled or torn, to ensure adequate supply for arriving guests.
Strips bed of all linens and remakes with fresh linens.
Checks closet for cleanliness and restocking the guest room supplies (e.g., hangers, extra blankets, extra pillows).
Vacuums rooms, public areas, and hallways.
Checks lights and remotes to ensure all are in working order.
Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
All of these positions require personable, outgoing and hard-working individuals who are able to work any shifts including weekends and holidays.
