We invite you to experience the magic of Children's Hospital.Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), provides close observation of patients. The Patient Sitter provides constant observation and monitoring of assigned patients to ensure safety and prevention of injury.Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Current Nursing Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant training preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Current CPI certification preferred.
Must have excellent skills in communication, the ability to work independently in a team environment, and to prioritize.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Be able to walk for periods of time. Positioning and lifting of patients and equipment. Pushing/pulling carts or beds.
