Bilingual Scrum Master (English & Spanish)The Scrum Master will be responsible for 1-3 development teams, depending on the size and scope. Will ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices and ensure the team is continually improving. Will coach the team on role discipline within the framework of an Agile team and coach the team to a high performing level. Will track and report on delivery metrics and KPIs. Will ensure the team has what they need to succeed. Scrum Master will also serve on the Agile Center of Excellence team, which is responsible for the overall Agile Transformation. The Scrum Master will serve as the liaison between the development team and leadership.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles 20%
• Continually identify areas of improvement (Inspect & Adapt) 20%
• Serve and coach the team and stakeholders. Conduct Agile training as needed 15%
• Gather and report team metrics and KPIs 15%
• Address and resolve team roadblocks and conflict 15%
• Create transparent, cross-functional, self-organizing teams 15%

Certifications Required: Any official Scrum Certification, including but not limited to CSM, PSM, CSP, CSPO. Preferred: SAFe certification in addition to a Scrum certification
