Cook responsibilities Include:
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu. Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner. Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.

Bartender Responsibilities Include:
Welcome guests. Open and serve wine/champagne. Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies. Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area. Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports

Host / Hostess responsibilities Include:
Greet guests and determine the number in their party. Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance. Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area.
