Cook II Responsibilities include: Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu. Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.

Bartender (Part-Time) Responsibilities include: Welcome guests. Attend to tables. Open and serve wine/champagne. Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area. Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports

Barback Beverage Attendant (Part-Time) Responsibilities include: Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables. Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.

Housekeeping Aide (PM Shift) Responsibilities include: Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs.
