Costera, a Spanish Restaurant from Chef Brian Burns, is currently hiring a FOH manager. Applicants must be thoughtful team-players with the ideal candidate displaying the following qualifications:
- A minimum of two years management experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Thorough knowledge of steps of service
- Strong food and wine knowledge
- Working knowledge of Resy or Opentable
- Familiarity with booking and executing large private parties/catering
- Exceptional organizational skills
