Food prep/sandwich maker/baker for rapidly growing all day cafe. We are looking for an energetic Food Preparation Worker to assist by preparing food ingredients. This is an entry level position with room for growth.
The Food Preparation Worker will:
ability to follow recipes a must
wash, peel, slice, trim, chop, and grate fruit and vegetables
measure, weigh, and mix a wide variety of ingredients
cut, slice, and grind a variety of cheeses and cold meats
prepare sauces, soups, sides, sandwiches
ensure ingredients are stored and rotated effectively to optimize freshness
ensure cafe has the designated stock levels at all times
collaborate with the barista team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
