Gracious Bakery is seeking to hire a candidate for management position with a DYNAMIC and HAPPY personality, who is a productive and proactive leader, self-starter, with an outgoing personality that boosts moral along with sales. Candidate must be solution oriented, willing to tackle issues in a calm manner, and have a passion to work in customer service.

Qualifications are listed below:

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience

Responsible for providing outstanding leadership to staff, keep moral up, while also managing staff and ensuring the job duties are getting completed every day.

Ready to surround themselves with quality food and great people, small business so employees have great relationships with each other. Ensure employees are part of a teamwork ethic.

In charge of training FOH employees on coffee, customer service, Gracious attitude, cleaning/organizing store, inventory

Quality control on all pastries, breads, desserts, and brunch/lunch plates on expo.

Maintain calm and cool presence at all times during peak times of service and diffcult customer service issues that may arise. Customer service is top priority!

Maintain stock of daily inventory correctly, communicate feedback and needs to commissary accurately to increase sales accordingly

NO LATE SHIFTS, 5 day work week (includes weekends), advancement opportunities within the company

Must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.

Passionate about the industry: inspiring to others with great attitude and friendly demeanor, coaching and counseling of employees, creating a profitable environment with sales and customer service

Will work with the owners and other managers extremely closely, and ultimately ensure that our guests receive an exemplary experience in service.

Good work ethic and integrity, strives to maintain the same qualities in staff.

Exceptional communication skills with fellow coworkers and upper management
