We are Cherry Espresso Bar a well-established, top-quality coffee shop and eatery in New Orleans. We are looking to hire a head chef that is passionate about culinary and loves being creative with food! This person is going to work in both of our locations to expand our menus, fortify our culinary team, and optimize our flow of inventory and labor.
This person should...
- have a minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience (at least one year in management)
- have a solid understanding of inventory/ordering flow and procedures; can predict the needs of the kitchen
- can create an effective prep plan
- is a natural leader with great communication skills and the ability to delegate.
- has a reliable vehicle and is able to transport goods when necessary.
