The Blue Crab Restaurant and Oyster Bar is seeking an experienced individual for our Kitchen Manager position. This individual will work to develop and manage the entire BOH staff. You must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You must have extensive experience as an Expo, all line positions, ordering and inventory. Required 5 years in kitchen and 2 years in management.

Candidates must be highly organized and reliable, able to manage a large staff, and work well as part of a team. Experience with high volume restaurants as well as prior seafood restaurant experience is a plus.
