Were in search of experienced line cooks ready to take the next step to being a touronaut.
This position will require working multiple stations and expediting/Plating.
You must be able to remain calm during service while watching food quality and timeliness.
You will work closely with the chef during service and keep food quality/standards.
It will require you to lead the kitchen with a great attitude and help and guide fellow cooks.
The shifts will be 5 days per week and usually 10-12 hours per shift and closing the restaurant.
