New and exciting, fresh Quick Service Restaurant opening in Metairie this May and is looking for an energetic, organized, and responsible leader to launch our brand in Metairie. Some experience in managing or assistant managing QSR or similar brand preferred, but not necessary. We can train the right person. High quality, high caliber individual with the right attitude and integrity are important.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily operations of assigned store as direct supervisor of all team members
o Work 45-50 hours per week in store.
o Consistent execution of Brand Standards
o Maintain high level of Food Safety
o Developing and executing Catering opportunities in market area
o Local Store Marketing to market area around store
o Human Resources - Responsible for all team member human resources activities including recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining quality team members. Handling call outs and no shows. Cutting/reducing staffing as needed to maintain labor target.
Ensure store compliance with current Brand Standards and strict Food Safety Standards
Ensure Flawless Execution of new systems and rollouts.
Create a culture of Exceptional Guest Service through excellent recruiting, training, coaching and motivating of team members.
Meet or exceed performance benchmarks for sales, labor, COG, guest satisfaction, etc.
Ensure proper and consistent implementation of operational tools as assigned by RM
Conduct quarterly team member meetings or more often as assigned by RM
Conduct yearly performance reviews of team members or more often as assigned by RM
Daily Cash Handling, Monitoring, and Accountability responsibilities
Responsible for security of the team and store facilities
Driving sales via great store operations, sincere guest service, developing strong catering, and creative local store marketing will lead to paid bonuses.
