Legacy Kitchen Craft Tavern exists to provide an escape from the hustle and bustle of the Warehouse District in New Orleans. We are seeking experienced Service Oriented Professionals who enjoy extending gracious hospitality to others in an upscale dining atmosphere.
Our service standards are based upon the concept that our guests appreciate relentless effort and attention to detail. We are seeking aggressive go-getters who share our belief in the importance of customer service. Prior upscale/fine dining experience is necessary as is the ability to learn quickly, an eye for detail, a great attitude.
We are currently seeking the best oyster shuckers in the city. The ideal candidates will have open availability, a friendly disposition, and a great attitude. One year minimum experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant and volume experience is necessary. The ability to keep up with volume business, being a team player, and solid cooking skills including grill, saute, fry, and assemble as well as good knife skills. We are looking for heavy hitters only.
