Breads On Oak is growing and looking for morning and afternoon pastry and prep workers (morning shifts begins at 6 am for bakers) with weekend work required for 3-5 days/week; The bakers should have experience and/or professional training. Will be responsible for scaling ingredients and the morning bake of breads, brioche, cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls and cakes, and cake icing/decor. Prep will be responsible for biscuits, sandwiches, quiches. A knowledge of plant-based foods/vegan baking is a plus but not necessary. We are willing to train the right applicants!
