The Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette located at 817 Common Street, New Orleans, LA 70112 is currently hiring for Rooms Operations Supervisor (Front Office) & Guest Service Expert!
Rooms Operations Supervisor: Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and activating and issuing room key. Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

Rooms Controller (Front Desk) Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible. Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets. Review out-of-order rooms daily. Ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions. Set up/process all guest check-ins/check-outs. Activate room keys. Secure valid payment.
