Courtyard New Orleans French Quarter Iberville, 910 Iberville Street, New Orleans, LA 70131 is currently hiring: Guest Service Representatives (part-time) & Servers (full-time)!
Guest Service Representatives responsibilities include: Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and procedures. Operate telephone switchboard station. Respond to and resolve guest requests. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.

Servers responsibilities include: The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu including a variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Our Bistro Team Members master a wide variety of food & beverage functions.
