At Chef Emeril Lagasse's Meril Restaurant, we are now looking for hospitable, experienced professionals for both front and back Waiter positions. Prefer at least 2 years experience in fine dining service with good knowledge of food, wine and craft cocktails. Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must have good grooming, get along well with others, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
