Voted Best Italian Restaurant in New Orleans for the last 10 years.- We are looking for someone with culinary talent to be an asset to our team. The job position consist of food prep before shift and working expo position, grill, or fry station during service. We are looking for someone with the following qualities, please do not apply if you do not meet the following criteria.
-minimum 5 years kitchen experience
-hard working, fast paced environment, very labor intensive
-minimum 2 years experience on saute and grill
-clean and organized
-must be reliable and responsible
-available lunch, dinner, and weekends
-Job is 40 hours a week plus
