Medical assistant needed for our popular, fast-paced dermatology practice with locations in Jefferson Parish. Responsibilities include interviewing patients, administering IM steroid injections, assisting in surgical excisions of the skin, sterilizing instruments, stocking supplies, managing inventory, and organizing/tracking laboratory reports. Applicant must be professional, dependable and punctual. Previous dermatology experience and quality references are a plus, as is familiarity with electronic medical records.
