Busy Northshore eye care practice is looking for an individual with optical experience to assist in our lab. Primary duties would include placing orders online from vendors or insurance companies, checking in and verifying orders, notifying patients when orders are ready, dispensing and adjusting glasses if needed, maintaining stock lens inventory, and tracking monthly invoices. The individual must be efficient using a computer. The right person needs to be an organized, team player with exceptional communications skills. They also need to be capable of providing exceptional customer service. Our office is open Monday to Friday.
