A Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a FULL-TIME Masters Level Social Workers, Counselors, to work as Mental Health Professionals. Also, looking for Licensed Clinicians (LAC/LPC/LCSW) to work at the office.
Duties of MHP's include:
1) providing outpatient mental health services to children and adults in their homes, schools, or other appropriate community locations.
2) documenting and submitting accurate records to EHR system in a timely manner
3) participating in agency supervision sessions, staff meetings, training, quality improvement program, etc.
4) adherence to best care practices and upholding professional ethics determined by appropriate legal and regulatory bodies
Successful MHP candidate demonstrate:
1) flexibility in scheduling, including ability to work evenings and weekends
2) good self-management skills, including ability to work with deadlines
3) basic computer literacy or willingness to learn
4) ability to work independently and collaboratively with other clinical staff and administrative staff as needed
5) ownership of reliable transportation and insurance per LA law
Duties of LAC, LPC, LCSW in office setting include:
Working in supervisory, administrative, managerial, and clinical role to perform comprehensive substance use and behavioral health assessments, develop acceptable treatment plans, counseling of clients, and possess leadership skills to function in a multi-tasking role.
