We are looking for an Marketing and Sales Admin with experience in real world marketing and the entire sales process fromÂresearch and qualification of leads to closing deals. You will need to work in collaboration with the client after proper training and our team to help meet the needs of the clients. You will be working to cultivate new business opportunities in internet marketing and video production . We are looking for a team player who is a quick leaner with strong organizational skills.

Marketing Coordination
Help coordinate and execute marketing strategies and priorities
Produce supporting marketing materials such as web, print and video promos
Maintain all social media channels for all brands
Regular updates to website content (CMS) i, recent deliveries, digital marketing materials
Assist in branding and rework of marketing materials, website, etc.
Monitor and measure success of marketing and communications effort
Other duties, projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with experience or vocational/college education
Minimum of 3 years in similar role (or post HS education equivalent)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expert navigation and authoring abilities on all major social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
Ability to edit website content using CMS tools (no coding WYSIWYG tools)
Knowledge or video editing and ability to produce or manage production of video content
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook Email, Word, Excel, Dynamics 365, etc)
Self-starter
Work Conditions
Office environment, climate-controlled spaces
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs, bending & moving
Fast-paced environment with ability to quickly adapt to changing needs of customers.
Mostly remote in nature (Note: remote work requires reliable, fast and stable internet connection)
