Description
Cash and Ticket Control
Makes daily P.O.S. cash register cutoff and prepares bank deposit.
Responsible for making daily bank deposit, controlling petty cash items and reconciling any discrepancies.
Opens mail, removes checks and cash and takes whatever action mail contents require.
Reviews missing ticket list, identifies all open items and investigates to conclusion any missing sales tickets.
Review of bills and preparation for payment.
Works with credit department as needed to coordinate the collection of funds from customers
Performs additional responsibilities as requested
Preferred Skills
Track record of high performance
Fleet management and data analysis
Experience with petty cash and reconciliation
Experience with payment preparation
Job Qualifications
3 years of applicable work experiences with a focus administrative tasks and responsibilities
Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent field
