Candidate recruitment and retention:

- Recruit, interview, and match skilled administrative professionals with clients’ projects, temporary assignments and temporary-to-full-time opportunities with urgency; provide on-going communication and career guidance to candidates.

- Must be available to be on call after hours to assist clients and talent to ensure all job orders or changes are handled in a timely manner. (Cell phone provided)

Placement activities:

- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with client companies and temporary professionals currently on assignment with a sense of urgency, to ensure both receive exceptional customer service; resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction; additional opportunities through contact with temporary professionals on assignment and client companies to grow our business and uncover job opportunities for our candidates.

Administrative duties:

- Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with clients to ensure all talent and payroll issues are handled in a timely manner.

- Ensures that payroll is submitted on time and have the ability to manager and train others effectively.

- Must be able to communicate with Branch Manager regarding day to day operations and assist Branch Manager with any new projects and job fairs.

- Ensure all talent records are updated and all process and procedures within the office are conducted properly to ensure compliance accuracy.

Business development:

- Develop and assist in growing our client base by marketing our services for temporary and/or temporary-to- full-time staffing solutions; market to clients via telephone. Must be able to meeting the expected daily calls of 40-50 a day.

Qualifications:

*Must posses exceptional customer service, communication, and administrative skills. Human Resource and staffing knowledge a plus.

*Must be articulate, proactive, and able to interact with senior management, clients, and talent effectively.

*1 plus years of experience preferred, not required.
