Well known New Orleans retail boutique is seeking a general manager to oversee the day to day operations and continue the brand image and brand culture.
Qualified candidate has a minimum of two years managing a boutique operation including the following key qualifications:
High School diploma and minimum work experience as outlined above
Can operate and program a point of sale system
Can follow company policy and procedure and has an impeccable record of follow-through and record keeping
Experienced recruiter and trainer
Mature manager that can work under stressful as well as fun instances and loves to work with the general public
Understands the entire operation of a 7day a week retail boutique and can implement tasks, procedures and a smooth operation
Can work with an on point admin staff and follow-through with daily, weekly and monthly reporting initiatives
Quality delivery and presentation of personal self and business demeanor
Experience manager and successful supervisor of more than five (5) associates. Can do scheduling with ease and work easily with staff of all levels and drive.
Excellent selling skills and the ability to train staff to meet and exceed sales goals
Expert merchandising skills and the ability to create a merchandising plan and implement with staff within the company guidelines

Salary plus quarterly goals bonus structure. Year end bonus for exceeding proposed budget.
