LED Lighting Distributor is looking for an inside sales representative to join our team.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Identify prospective customers
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and continue to build relationships
Practice excellent product knowledge
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Answer questions about the products
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they can solve problems
Skills required:
Basic computer skills including MS Office and Quickbooks
Experience in lighting or electrical sales a plus
Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making securing the sale
Good Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a LED products to potential customers
Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time on a computer and phone
