WRSTBND is seeking an eager, multi-skilled individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment where we deploy cutting edge technology in the world of ticketing, access control, RFID and attendee engagement at live events all over the country. This position is a jack-of-all-trades tech position whose duties include everything from shipping and receiving, packing equipment for transport and tracking inventory of supplies.

POSITION SUMMARY

WRSTBND is seeking an entry level technician to assist in managing our equipment, helping out with deliveries both outbound and inbound, as well as maintaining our warehouse. Applicants will be passionate about organization, inventory management and keeping track of all of our assets This position requires flexibility on work schedule as well as reliable transportation and able to run errands (reliable transportation a must). The position is based at both our downtown New Orleans office as well as our warehouse in Elmwood. Average work week of 40 hours (sometimes less, sometimes more). This position qualifies for overtime. Mileage reimbursement for travel after first stop of the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse

Running errands around the New Orleans area with your own vehicle (UPS, FedEx runs, picking up/dropping off small items, etc)

Scheduling pickups and deliveries as needed and making sure all deliveries are where they should be at all times.

Inventorying items that come back from event sites and restocking cases as needed with supplies for the next project

Assisting with office furniture, office maintenance and other odd jobs around our facilities

Cleaning equipment and cabling that comes back from shows

SKILLS

Ability to lift sometimes heavy packages/equipment

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture

Eager to learn: computer skills, networking, terminating cables, etc to work on project sites

Comfortable working alone, including opening and closing, locking our facilities as needed

Able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment, deadline driven environment

Proficiency in team communication software including email and other communication/collaboration platforms (Slack, etc)
