Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed for an apartment complex in Laplace, LA. Work schedule is Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm daily). Must be available for emergency calls 24/7.
2 years minimum experience performing residential maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required.
$12 - $13.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
Position is eligible for health, dental and life insurance benefits. Paid time off, and paid holidays also available. Uniform shirts provided.
Must provide own tools, possess valid Driver's License, and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
