You will need to have at least 6 months of PRIOR experience on the weedeater, blowing, riding a zero turn and we also do all sorts of landscaping- trimming,mulching, weeding,along with pressure washing services I cannot have a person jump onto the crew that is just starting, that needs to learn. I need someone who has been doing this for years and that can come to work with us, jump in the truck, and start moving as if theyve worked with us for months.
Prefer males that are 35 or younger, as they tend to be more fit and able to deal with the demanding nature of this job, that live in slidell and actually
Arrive at the gas station/house for 645- plan on starting first cuts around 7-715 am- get off around 6-6:30.
Pay every Friday
Expect prompt, punctual workers, and drug free workers.
Cut between 25-50 yards a day depending on size, and we need good reliable, efficient help.
MOST workers will be asked to come to work the first day to work for 4 hours as a probationary period, as their are too many people that tell us that theyre amazing workers and really are not. So we get people to test out their skills, and then if you are good, you stay, if you dont know what your doing, we just dont have time for people that dont know what theyre doing.

You can ask around. I am one of the few lawn service owners that has been in business for 10+ years, successfully kept a good name, and lastly HAVE NOT SCREWED MY WORKERS OVER AND NOT PAID THEM. When you work for me, your pay will be there on Friday. You dont have to worry about bounced checks, or there not being funds available or fighting the boss for your check. You get paid when the work day is over on Thurs, and you get paid for what you worked.
You will be required to fill out a w-9 form for 1099 at the years end.
You will need reliable transportation to the Exxon in Oak Harbor, for between 645-7.
